For those of you that are not familiar with Pisco, it’s a lethal Peruvian liquor made from grapes and there was plenty Pisco Sours doing the rounds at the launch of the new Peruvian Bar – P.I.S.C.O just above Keenwa on Waterkant Street in Cape Town. Apart from their amazing cocktails, they also have traditional tapas served with true Peruvian flair and hospitality.
